Keith is a Managing Director at Inspire11, based in the Minneapolis market. He is responsible for ensuring client success and delivering world-class solutions that combine strategy, innovation, and execution. As the first Inspire11 employee in Minneapolis, he led the growth and development of the market by building a world-class team of consultants and prioritizing client satisfaction above all else.

As a career consultant, Keith helps organizations harness change and disruption as a catalyst for growth. He has guided clients through AI and digital transformations, developed innovative technology solutions that open up new revenue streams, and reimagined operating models to drive efficiency, speed to market, and customer impact. His passion lies in enabling organizations to achieve their full potential by transforming how they deliver value, maximize profits, and engage with their customers.

Keith is a proud Minnesota native and attended the University of Minnesota. He lives in South Minneapolis with his wife Sarah and their 3 boys. Keith and Sarah are avid travelers and have lived internationally in places such as Thailand and South America. Outside of work, Keith enjoys playing golf, cheering for Minnesota sports teams, and spending time at the lake with his family.
