Armed with an academic background, I believe in the power of research and data to analyze a challenge and develop a creative solution that will have the best chance of success based on the environment.
What does “inspiring a better tomorrow for all” mean to you?
I believe in approaching challenging situations with an empathetic lens – it’s not just about finding a quick fix to a problem, it’s designing a solution that will not only solve the current problem but also future problems, all while taking the end user’s needs and perspectives into account.

How do you turn it up to 11?
One way in which I turn it up to 11 is always designing for an experience – from visual powerpoints to tell an engaging story to gifs that make communications pop, I always put a finishing touch on everything I create.
If you have to be odd to be an Eleven, what makes you odd?
I love to take a good theme and make it come to life in all design aspects (language and puns, visuals and environmental assets, food and swag). It’s one of the things I love about Inspire11 – our dedication to living up to the 11 in our name in all aspects of how we approach work with the 11x effect to all the names of our conference rooms having a connection to 11 while on the 11th floor.
What’s a fun fact about you that many people may not know?
I will jump at any chance to be on a beach or near the ocean.
What’s one item you can’t live without?
My cat, Callie
