Q&A with Jonathan

How would you summarize what you do?

I prepare monthly financial reports and KPIs as well as oversee Payroll, Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other daily operations and long-term projects.

What work/project are you proudest of and what impact has it made?

The monthly financial reports have improved significantly during my time with Inspire11. I’m proud of the consistent processes and methodologies I have introduced to ensure accurate monthly reporting.

What’s unique about working for Inpsire11?

Everyone at Inspire11 maintains an important balance of professionalism and lightheartedness.

How has your background shaped how you think, relate to others, and conquer challenges?

Throughout my career, I have been able to work in both small companies as well as larger organizations. I have played a key role in automation projects that have allowed my team/organizations to scale. Keeping an eye on scalability and finding creative solutions has been critical as Inspire11 has grown.

What does “inspiring a better tomorrow for all” mean to you?

Inspiring a better tomorrow for all means rejecting the status quo and instead looking for creative solutions that will benefit everyone involved both now and in the future.

Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for Inspire11?

Inspire11 has given me the opportunity to find solutions to problems that do not yet have a precedent. Being a part of a small team means that my voice can be heard and swift changes can be made. I’ve been challenged to come up with my own solutions to issues that arise, communicate them to my team, and implement them successfully. This has allowed me to grow as a leader.

How do you turn it up to 11?

I turn it up to 11 by never settling for doing things the same way they have been done in the past and instead always looking for creative new ways to improve our operations.

If you have to be odd to be an Eleven, what makes you odd?

My desire to create more work for myself makes me odd. I am never satisfied with doing the minimum and always looking to expand projects to provide the most benefit.

What’s a fun fact about you that many people may not know?

I played electric guitar in a rock band in high school.

What advice would you give someone who wants to enter your field?

Always look for ways to improve existing processes.

What’s one item you can’t live without?
