How would you summarize what you do?

I empower people and organizations to go from data to actionable insights using modern architectures.

What work/project are you proudest of and what impact has it made?

I’m proud of a data analytics modernization project because it helps people in their everyday work. Hearing positive feedback from clients appreciating the transition from manually generating a report that takes weeks with data gaps to automated pipelines and dashboards is a big step forward. Empowering people to spend their time analyzing and making decisions is very satisfying.

What’s unique about working for Inpsire11?

The people and culture are diverse, inclusive, and fun. You can tell that there’s a lot of attention and care taken to build and keep the culture—also, a great place to learn with lots of opportunities to chart the path you want.

How has your background shaped how you think, relate to others, and conquer challenges?

My background has helped me to understand and communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels. I appreciate different perspectives and competing priorities that need to mesh together for a common goal to be better. I see that our challenges are similar and the way we engage is a humanizing experience.

What does “inspiring a better tomorrow for all” mean to you?

To me, it means that there is a hope we look forward to as we work and move toward that future today.

Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for Inspire11.

I’ve learned a lot in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and most importantly to expand my thinking when delivering a solution.

How do you turn it up to 11?

Stay curious with good questions, stay focused on the goal, and enjoy developing deep relationships with people.

If you have to be odd to be an Eleven, what makes you odd?

I don’t have a conventional background. I love learning. I seek opportunities that continuously challenge and expand my mind.

What’s a fun fact about you that many people may not know? 

I love practicing guitar arpeggios while watching movies.

What’s your motto or personal mantra? 

Invest in friendships.

What advice would you give someone who wants to enter your field?

Keep learning from people and challenge yourself by taking risks.
