Make-A-Wish

Since being founded locally in 1985, Make-A-Wish Illinois has granted more than 16,000 wishes and continues its mission to share the power of a wish® with children in all 102 counties across the state.  Life-changing wish journeys are made possible by dedicated staff and more than 1,000 caring volunteers who help each child discover, create, fulfill, and experience the lasting impact of their most heartfelt wish. 

Our Partnership 

Inspire11’s partnership with Make-A-Wish stemmed from a client relationship. Tom South, CIO of Northern Trust and a member on the board for Make-A-Wish Illinois, reached out to Inspire11 to consider a contribution. Thrilled by the opportunity to participate, Inspire11 became a corporate sponsor for the 2021 Wish Ball in Chicago, the Illinois chapter’s largest annual fundraiser. The flagship fundraiser is known for its balance of high-level entertainment, touching wish stories, silent auctions and overall energy as sponsors gather to support the foundation. In 2021, and again this year for 2022, Inspire11 has contributed $10,000 as a corporate sponsor of the event and plans to continue the partnership in 2023.
